Within one working day a senior engineer reads your brief and replies — not a sales development rep. The first message back is either a short list of clarifying questions (scope, integrations, deadline, budget band) or a 30-minute video call slot. We treat the first hour as research, not a pitch — by the end of it we either know enough to send a written quote, or we tell you honestly that the project does not fit our practice.

We send the written quote within 24 hours of the discovery call. It covers a fixed scope, fixed price, milestones and a weekly status cadence. For projects above EUR 13,000 we offer milestone-based billing (40% kickoff, 40% prototype, 20% launch). Every invoice is issued by a Hungarian Kft. with VAT, via NAV Online Invoice 3.0. No retainers, no minimums, no surprise change orders mid-project.

Useful information to include in the brief: what business problem the software solves, which systems it must integrate with (ERP, CRM, accounting, banking), rough launch deadline, and a budget band if you have one. Screenshots of the current process, links to competitor sites and any existing wireframes accelerate the call. Pre-NDA conversations are fine — we sign mutual NDAs on request, no template gymnastics.
