Start a project

The form takes about 4 minutes. Step 1 is the project type (web, webshop, mobile, AI, custom software). Step 2 is the scope — page count, integrations, languages, user roles. Step 3 is timeline and budget band. Step 4 is contact details. After you submit, the request lands in an engineer's inbox, not a CRM funnel — you receive a written response within 24 hours, usually faster on weekdays.

The first response is one of three things. (1) A fixed-price written quote when the brief is concrete enough — covers price range, milestones, weekly status cadence, and what is in and out of scope. (2) A short list of clarifying questions if scope is ambiguous, plus a 30-minute video call slot. (3) A polite no with a referral when the project does not fit our practice (we do not take on cold-link SEO work, white-label dev shop subcontracts or gambling builds).

Pricing is in EUR and locks in after the discovery call. For projects above EUR 13,000 we offer milestone billing (40% kickoff, 40% prototype acceptance, 20% launch). Hungarian VAT invoicing via NAV Online Invoice 3.0 is standard. Within the agreed scope the price is fixed — if we missed the estimate we eat the difference. New scope goes through a written change request you approve before we start. No surprise invoices.

Five inputs that turn a rough estimate into a precise number: (1) the business problem in one paragraph — what changes for users when the software ships; (2) the systems it must integrate with, named (Stripe, Barion, SimplePay, Számlázz.hu, Billingo, NAV, HubSpot, SAP, custom REST API); (3) the launch deadline and the reason behind it (trade fair, regulatory cutoff, funding milestone); (4) approximate user count and roles; (5) any existing wireframes, Figma files, or competitor links you treat as inspiration.

You do not need to fill all of those in to submit the form — leave blanks and we will ask in the first reply. NDAs are fine, we sign mutual ones on request. Your data only sits inside our infrastructure (EU regions, Postgres on Hetzner / Cloudflare R2) and the form submission is rate-limited and Turnstile-verified to keep noise out.
